What size are your postcards?

At this time, we offer one postcard size: 4 1/8" x 5 7/8". This allows us to mail at postcard rates, and to waste as little paper as possible in the process. We also find that smaller, personal sized postcards capture more attention than oversized direct mail pieces. All cards have a standard 1/4" white border on all edges. Actual print size may vary slightly.

How do I order Snailers?

To order Snailers, simply create a card, upload your address list and choose a mailing date. We'll do the rest! You may choose a design from our gallery, or upload your own photograph in JPG format. We also offer custom design services. Once you have created your card, login to save your design to your personal gallery. You will then have the option enter the backside message for you card, and to select recipients from your address book.

How do I prepare my address list?

You can prepare your address list in these four ways:

1. Export a CSV file from Outlook (Windows 2000, XP)
2. Export a TXT file from Entourage (Mac OS X), then convert it to a CSV file
3. Modify our Excel spreadsheet template, then save it as a CSV file
4. Use the "My Address List" feature in the "Send" area

You will need to register and login to add your addresses to our website. For templates and more extensive address book documentation, visit Sizes & Specs.

What are my mailing options?

The following three options are available:

1. We'll mail your cards for you (you'll provide the addresses, and we'll do the rest! All postage is included. We mail internationally as well with a postage surcharge.)
   
   
   • Our standard mail fulfillment service includes a special coating that protects your cards through the mail. We also perform quality checks to insure that your address information has been uploaded correctly to the website. Note: it will be up to you to check individual addresses for accuracy. We can only print the addresses as you have entered them. It's always good to order a few extras, just in case a few cards are returned to you.
     
     
   • International delivery is available. We do not ship extra card orders internationally, but we will mail your Snailers to recipients outside of the USA with a surcharge for extra postage.
     
     
2. We'll mail some of your cards to your selected contacts, and we'll also send some extras to you for further personalization. When you order, you will be able to specify how many cards will be mailed, and how many extras you would like to receive.
   
   
3. We'll mail all of your cards to you, so that you can hand them out, or mail them yourself (Postage is not included).

What are the mailing dates?

We mail Snailers 2-3 times per month. This allows us to bring you the ability to order small quantities, for less than the cost of a greeting card. Below are the remaining deadlines and mailing dates for 2006. If you are ordering more than 250 mailed Snailers, we may be able to rush your order. Please contact us for more information.

How long will it take for my Snailers to arrive?

When you order your Snailers, you will select a mailing date. This is the date that your cards will be presented at the post office for mailing. From that date, average delivery time is 2-5 days in-state, 4-7 days out-of-state, and 7-10+ days out-of-country. Be sure to choose a shipping date that accounts for potential USPS delays. With every order, we automatically ship a FREE Snailer to your return address as part of our quality control. Extra cards are sent by USPS Priority Mail and will ship on the date you have specified.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Absolutely! We welcome your help in spreading the word about Snailers, and helping us give back to the Diana Price-Fish Cancer Foundation. When you register at Snailers.com, we automatically create a "Referral Code" for you. You will receive this code in your confirmation email upon registration. Pass this code onto friends and family, and when they order with us, we'll track your referrals. You'll earn free cards and special discounts.
